Cakes masked or filled with Vizyon cream can be stored chilled, frozen for future sale, or displayed at ambient temperature.
Vizyon Custard Cream is whipped with water or milk for 3-4 minutes at high speed. It is perfect as cream filling in products such as Cream Puffs and custard eclairs. You will also find it fabulous to use for profiteroles, pastries, pies and croissants and other desserts.
