Rich’n Smooth™ Tropic is a liquid filling or topping that has a beautiful creamy colour, vanilla flavour and a light, fluffy texture once whipped that offers superior stability and ease of use as it spreads easier than bauttercream.
Rich’n Smooth™ is the ideal icing for cakes as it can hold intricate designs even when stored at ambient temperatures, but it also accepts flavours and colours to create many dessert applications. When it comes to performance and flavour, Rich'n Smooth has got the competition whipped!!
Handling - Store frozen (-18°C), Chilled, Ambient for up to 5 days
To use, thaw in refrigerator at 2°–7°C for 24-36 hours. Shake container well before opening. Pour into a whipping bowl to about 20-25% of capacity. Incorporate colours, flavours or other ingredients either before whipping or they can be folded in after. Whip the liquid using a wire whisk at medium speed until the product stiffens to your desired consistency. Any remaining liquid can be refrigerated for a week. Do not refreeze liquid. It is ok to freeze the finished product once it is whipped. You can store your cake in a covered container for 6-9 months.
